Divorce Mediation Services
is a full-service team providing divorce and family mediation services using our unique team model where divorce
is unavoidable. Divorce Mediation through the team approach, provides a structured process for
peaceful completion of all necessary steps. Our affiliation of independent professionals is dedicated to helping families
through the divorce process thoroughly and efficiently. The team model was formulated over time
to provide the right person for the right job for couples and families.
The team
consists of the mediator/family law attorney Therese M. Fey; divorce coaches Patrick Healey, Ph.D., and Beverly
Jewell, M.A, NCC.; and neutral financial specialist Randy Pierce, C.P.A.
Each team member brings
special expertise to the divorce process. This enables clients to best deal with the legal, financial
and emotional challenges of divorce, post-divorce and other family issues.
The Divorce Mediation team approach
combines the best features of traditional mediation and the Collaborative Divorce process. A Collaborative
Family Law model, where each party has their own attorney, is also available upon request. Both are non-adversarial,
no court divorce approaches.
