Therese
M. Fey feels that one of the most important decisions for divorcing couples is the process they choose. Ms. Fey has
more than twenty years of experience in family law. She is past president of Collaborative Divorce Solutions of Orange
County, a member of the Orange County Bar Assoc., State Bar of CA, and graduate of the Pepperdine University Strauss Institute
for Dispute Resolution.
Ms. Fey is passionate about assisting clients in resolving their family law issues respectfully and
expeditiously. Her years of practice as a family law litigator have taught her that couples want and need a divorce
process that affords them all necessary legal protections and services, while helping them maintain emotional, financial
and relational dignity. Her experience provides an excellent backdrop for her efforts towards wise and peaceful
settlement. She is dedicated to helping parents move into healthy co-parenting relationships so the needs of their children
remain paramount, even after separation.

Beverly Jewell has been
counseling individuals and couples since 1995. In the Divorce Mediation Team approach, her goal is to help families get through
the divorce process in a respectful, amicable way. As a divorce coach, she specializes in communication skills, conflict resolution
and phase of life transition. Her role on the team is to help clients manage their anxiety in stressful situations, make clear
informed decisions, build on their strengths, and begin to create a new life for themselves. If there are children, she helps
couples develop a co-parenting plan so their children can continue to thrive with the love and support of both parents.
Beverly Jewell is a member of IACP (the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals), ACA (American Counseling
Association), CDS-OC (Collaborative Divorce Solutions - Orange County) and CDS-CV (Collaborative Divorce Services –
Coachella Valley). She has completed over 50 hrs. of mediation training as well as intensive training in the collaborative
team approach.
